Posting Multiple Pictures
Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know, but you can publish multiple photos with Hello in a single post. Now if only they'd let you upload the photos in draft form first.

Oh, sweet! And I am assuring you, you are not the only one! I was wondering about that..and I use Hello. Thank you very much, Rachel.

I didn't know either! What is that double vertical bar though? Is that supposed to be two slashes?
from Lynn
Dreska, yay! I'm so glad I could help you out. I know I've been annoyed, all this time having to copy and paste photo URLs, one at a time, into a single post.
Hey, Lynn, the two bars are actually this key "|" typed twice. Do you know which one it is? On my keyboard, it's left of the Back Space key, but I'm sure the American keyboard is different. Sorry, I don't think my explanation was very good.
from Rachel
I see it, it shares the same key with the backslash. Thanks! ||

I didn't know that either! So COOL! You've made my life so much easier Rachel! And regarding the draft-posting - I've set up a whole new blog, just for uploading - still means you have to copy-paste a bit, but to me it's better than having all those weird photos pop up in my "real" blog...

Hi Zarah,
Happy to help! Yes, I do have a dumping-zone blog, which is only for photo uploading. Still, seems so silly that Hello is making everyone do all this extra work when their big claim is that they make photoblogging easy.

I knew about the multiple picture posting but agree with the others that I really wish they'd figure out a way to make them post with a draft rather than just throwing them on there. I hadn't thought of loading them into a different blog ... must investigate.

Thanks a lot. This is so much easier than than cut and paste thing.
